This the second book by children’s writer and illustrator, Rebecca Elliott, that focuses on her children – Clemmie and Toby (the first featuring the two of them was Just Because). Sometimes is a story that celebrates the bond and friendship between two siblings, even when one of them (Clemmie) is often in hospital. It’s a lovely story, well written and illustrated, and would be great to read with children who are facing a similar situation, with a sibling or friend frequently in hospital due to illness or disability.
