Helen Holmes

I grew up in Cumbria, but I now live in North West London with my five-year-old son and our two goldfish, Flip and Swish. When I'm not busy assembling Lego models or pretending to be Darth Vader, I like to cook. This is mostly so that I can eat it all myself, but occasionally there's some left over for other people too. For the past thirty years I've had my nose more or less permanently stuck in a book, and my idea of total relaxation is to crawl under a duvet with my Shaun the Sheep hot water bottle and a trashy novel.
