Early Years Resource Center

Chafyn Grove School, Salisbury

Chafyn Grove School, Salisbury
One of the first things you might notice when stepping into the nursery or a classroom at Chafyn Grove School is the happy atmosphere.  At Chafyn Grove, children are nurtured in small class sizes to help them achieve their full potential, whether that lies in their academic lessons, sport, art, music or drama. In the nursery which starts at 2½ rising to school age, children learn through play and are able to enjoy full use of the rest of the school, which includes a sports hall, adventure playground, swimming pool, a visual arts centre and a new library. The children enjoy a variety of activities including, class music lessons, music and movement, cooking and frequent outings such as visiting the local fire station or a farm.

They also run a Toddler Group in the Nursery Department every Wednesday from 1.45pm to 3.15pm during term time for an opportunity to play and meet others, where anyone is welcome.  Why not join them sometime or come and see the Nursery and Pre-prep Department in action on a forthcoming Open Day.
