Stagecoach training prepares children for life. Whatever their future role may be, youngsters could be rehearsing for it, while they enjoy themselves at Stagecoach.
Three hours a week divided into: An hour of jazz/modern dance, an hour of drama and an hour of singing, all within a small class (not more than fifteen) of similar age group.
Experienced professionals teach in all the schools. Many are, or were, actors/singers/dancers/directors or choreographers. Most are highly qualified in teaching or performing, and all are carefully chosen for their experience of working with youngsters.
Each school shows off its students' work to parents and friends twice a year. Some students work towards exams in their second or subsequent year and gain medals for perseverance and achievement. All parents receive a written report twice a year. Third year students may audition for the Stagecoach National Showcase Production which takes place in London.

Basingstoke and Basingstoke West run by husband and wife team, Allen and Helen Watts pride themselves on a happy safe environment for children 4 to 16 to explore their performance skills.
We actively encourage a supportive atmosphere from a mix of children with varying ability. Whether you are looking to be the next Hollywood great or trying to develop your self confidence, this is the place to be.
Between us we run three main schools for children 6 to 16 at two separate venues. We also run five Early Stages classes for children 4 to 7. All of the teachers are trained professionals in their trade. We have fully trained first aiders on site and all staff are CRB checked. Child safety and happiness are always our highest priority.
We have developed strong relationships with many large scale touring companies and film groups in the area so you can regularly see our children at The Anvil, The Haymarket, other theatres and on the TV. We are here to help the children get what they need and want from class whether it be a career, fun or that little extra confidence.
