Long Down Activity Farm

At the family run farm they have lots of friendly animals to meet and three indoor play areas suitable for all ages, so whatever the weather, there’s always somewhere for little ones to have fun.

You will see all the usual farm animals including goats, cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, chickens and geese. Children will delight in bottle-feeding the goats and calves, and have plenty of opportunity to handle baby rabbits and chicks. Look out for their friendly giant - Billy the shire horse with his pony friends. You can meet their shaggy alpacas and then collect freshly laid eggs from the chickens.
There’s lots of fun to be found in their three indoor play areas including ball pools, climbing frames, trampolines and straw bale climbing. Outdoors, you will find ride-on tractors, pedal cars and a large open play area adjacent to the picnic area.
Designed with the young family in mind, the farm meets with the required hygiene standards and has nappy-changing facilities and a baby friendly tearoom, which is open every day for light refreshments.
Poppies Gift Shop has an excellent selection of gifts and souvenirs and is an authorized stockist of BRIO.
Adult ticket costs £6.50. Children under 3 are free. Child ticket costs £5.50 (3 – 14 years). Family saver ticket costs £23.00. (2 Adults and 2 Children).
