EnchantedForest presents BushBabies Nature Workshops at Stansted Park on the Hampshire/West Sussex border.
BushBabies is a concept of bringing groups of young children and their parents/guardians together to develop a young child’s awareness and confidence in the natural environment and attune them to the seasons.
BushBabies follow the foundation Stage of the National Curriculum using a holistic and hands on approach with fun, flowing, creative activities.
Depending upon the weather the workshops will be held outside within the arboretum or inside a traditional Mongolian yurt with a real wood burning stove.
At each structured workshop a different nature theme will be covered incorporating wake up time, trail time, craft time and finishing with a story and early years meditation from Relax Kids.
The workshops will run every three weeks from 15th September on Saturday mornings from 10:30 till 12:00 and Saturday afternoons 1.30 till 3.00
